1992
Company beginnings
The beginnings coincide with the years of dynamic development of entrepreneurship in Poland. In response to the needs of the emerging boat manufacturers’ market, Danuta and Władysław Makuch, using the local base of their own home, began supplying small entrepreneurs with composites needed for laminate processing.
1993
Establishing cooperation
Polimal-Mat established cooperation with the chemical plants „Organika Sarzyna”, now known as Sarzyna Chemical
– a leading manufacturer of resins and gelcoats. Basing its offer on this supplier allows the company to have many years of stable development and to meet customer needs.

Change of Location
The company moved to its current location at Bukowa Street 6.
It has one warehouse hall available. Mr. Władysław himself built the office.
1998
Ms. Teresa Szewc joined the team and for many years
became a pillar in the areas of customer contact, administration, and sales.
2006
After completing her economic studies in Toruń,
Anna, the founders’ daughter, joined the family business.
2007
After a long illness, the family and team bid farewell to Mr. Władysław Makuch.
Mrs. Danuta Makuch continues to run the company, together with a trusted team of employees and her daughter.
Over the following years, the company expands its offerings, including Novol products, epoxy resins, vinyl ester resins, tools, and more.
It has a fleet of vehicles that supply the local industry.
